Built inside a practice, not for one
JurisFlow is made by DataCare in Nairobi. It began as the system for one Kenyan firm, written alongside the people using it: the advocates opening files, the accountant issuing fee notes, the registrar with the cartons.
That is why it knows a mention is not a hearing, why the client account cannot be overdrawn, and why there is a field for a carton number. None of that came from a requirements document. It came from somebody saying "that is not how we do it", and being right.
We are a small team and we answer our own support. If something is broken you will hear from a person who can fix it, usually the person who wrote it.

Where we are
