Pricing

We charge for advocates. Nobody else costs anything.

Choose where it should run, enter the size of the practice, and the price appears on this page. No sales call needed to find out what it costs, and no figure that changes once you speak to someone.

Step one

Where should it run?

The product is identical in all three. What changes is who keeps the servers, who keeps the documents, and therefore what it costs.

Step two

Tell us about the practice
The headcounts price it. Everything else helps us come back with something useful rather than a brochure.
Optional

Headcount. We charge for advocates. Pupils, clerks, reception, registry and accounts are free and unlimited.

We charge for advocates only. A firm of six advocates and nine other staff pays for six.

The questions we get asked

Who counts as an advocate?
Anyone whose time is billed to a client: partners, senior associates, associates and legal assistants. Pupils do not count and are free. Everyone else — reception, registry, accounts, HR, administration — is free and unlimited.
Why is support staff free?
Because charging per seat for clerks makes a firm buy two logins for four people and share the password, and a shared password ends the audit trail we are asking you to rely on. It also prices the headcount you are trying to reduce rather than the one you are trying to grow.
Is there a setup fee?
No, on Hosted and Hybrid. Moving your existing files is quoted separately, and only after a free half-day look at what you actually have. We do not quote a migration blind.
What does moving our files cost?
Between KES 10,000 for a single clean spreadsheet and KES 150,000 or more for a legacy system or paper-only records. The assessment is free, you approve the mapping in a spreadsheet before anything loads, and you get a reconciliation report afterwards.
Why is Corporate the most expensive?
Because it costs more to serve and you get more. Running on your own servers means we give up remote diagnosis and inherit your backups and certificates, while you get an installation, a migration, on-site training, a named contact and a response commitment. A firm choosing it because it sounds cheaper has misread us.
What if we leave?
Thirty days notice either way, and a full export of your data in a form you can read without us. There is no charge to leave and no hostage-taking of your files.
Do you charge for storage?
Each plan includes an allowance sized to the tier, and consumption is visible in Settings so it is never a surprise on an invoice. On Hybrid and Corporate there is no storage charge at all, because it is your disk.
